The theme of this WOLWeek is “Contribute and Create Value”.

Contribution is the beating heart of Working Out Loud.  Sharing, learning, recognition and other forms of support in relationships help power the value creation of Working Out Loud.  Contribution helps remind us that working out loud is always based in the relationships and communities around us. We can’t work out loud alone or simply for ourselves. We work out loud with others.

The purpose of all our work is shared value creation to advance our purpose.  For many people financial value is the first kind that comes to mind.  However, value doesn’t always have to be financial value. Value could include many kinds of value: social capital, beauty, value of environmental and ecological, social, religious and other forms of cultural value.
